Route description

The route climbs the obvious corner/chimney on the crag overlooking the monastery. Start at the base of the R/H crack which leads into the corner. Scramble (grade?) for about 30m until a spike belay. Follow the crack until it is possible to move out left onto the slab between the 2 cracks, make a difficult move up the slab and continue up corner crack to a good belay ledge (40m, 6+). Continue up corner crack until short chimney section, climb this and belay on ledge above (20m, 5). Climb overhanging chimney and continue up corner/chimney to good ledge and belay on left on spike (50m, 6+). Continue in chimney for 40m until escape is possible to right (50m, 3/4). From here scramble (grade 1/2) to right and descend into large gully on right, which is followed easily to base of route. A good route, sustained and on good rock. (forgive transcript mistakes, terrible handwriting)
