The package tours offered on this website are organized and operated by Visit Egypt Tours. Timo Elony acts solely as an intermediary. The contract for these trips is made directly between the customer and the tour operator. The tour operator is solely responsible for providing the booked services.

Hosting and server logs. This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. on servers in Frankfurt (Germany). When you open a page, the server records technical data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Content and images. Texts and route data come from a database run by Supabase in Frankfurt; photos are served from Cloudflare. Fonts are delivered from our own server, so no request goes to Google.

Contact. If you write to us through the contact form, by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we use your details only to answer and to plan your trip or course (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). Messages from the contact form are stored in our database and forwarded to us by e-mail through Resend (Resend Inc., USA; sending from servers in Ireland). If you book a trip, the details it needs are passed to Visit Egypt Tours. We delete your details when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Cookies and tracking. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing and receive it in a portable format (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
